Dr. Chintan Shah, MD, CCFP

About

As a physician board certified in family medicine in both Canada and the United States, Dr. Chintan Shah has been with UPGUYS since 2025, and is registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario in the independent practice class. At UPGUYS, Chintan assesses and prescribes for testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction, and hair loss, and consults with patients by phone and online assessment.

Chintan has extensive experience delivering primary and urgent care by telemedicine with some of the largest telehealth groups in Canada. Apart from working with UPGUYS, he holds roles at the Southwest Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre (SOAHAC) and is the Regional Indigenous Cancer Lead (RICL) for the Erie St. Clair Regional Cancer Program. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor with the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. He has a keen interest in the holistic approach of mind, body and spirit in balance to help patients throughout their healing journeys.

Dr. Shah completed his family medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma and holds a Doctor of Medicine from Windsor University School of Medicine.
