The customer service is undoubtedly great, however the cost of the medication is more than double what you would pay at the pharmacy. So if cost is a factor consider your GP or shop around.

For quite some time, I had been dealing with low energy, fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, poor sleep, and a noticeable decline in my performance and motivation at the gym. I felt that something wasn’t right, but unfortunately, my family doctor didn’t really address my concerns. When I asked about having my testosterone checked, I was told that I didn’t need to have it checked and that what I was experiencing was likely just part of getting older. I eventually decided to pursue testing through an endocrinologist, and that’s when I discovered that my testosterone levels were much lower than I expected. My results showed a total testosterone of 11 nmol/L and free testosterone of 280 pmol/L. What was frustrating was that, despite my symptoms and these results, the endocrinologist told me that my numbers were “normal for a 56-year-old male.” That’s when I discovered UPGUYS, and their approach was completely different. They looked at the entire picture — my symptoms, my age, and my bloodwork — rather than simply looking at whether my results technically fell within a reference range. UPGUYS felt that my testosterone was very low and that my symptoms were consistent with low testosterone. They took my concerns seriously and, after reviewing my information, started me on TRT right away. After months of feeling like my concerns weren’t being heard, it was incredibly reassuring to finally have a medical provider take the time to look at the whole picture and offer treatment. I’m still early in my TRT journey, so I can’t comment on the long-term results yet, but my experience with UPGUYS so far has been excellent. The biggest difference for me has simply been feeling heard and taken seriously. If you’re a man experiencing symptoms that you suspect could be related to low testosterone and you’re being told, “That’s just normal for your age,” I’d definitely recommend getting properly evaluated and considering UPGUYS. It can take months and be very expensive to see a specialist in your town. With UpGuys I had my lab requisition and it took a week to talk to a practitioner and she gave me a prescription, 4 days after I had my treatment. For a long time, I felt like doctors weren’t taking my concerns seriously. My testosterone was right near the bottom of the normal range, but because I was technically still within range, I felt like what I was experiencing was being overlooked. I decided to give UpGuys a try, and my experience has been completely different. I finally felt listened to. The medical team took the time to look at my bloodwork, symptoms, and how I was actually feeling instead of focusing on just one number. The staff has been wonderful to deal with, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to talk to. It took some adjustments along the way to find what worked best for me, but they continued working with me and monitoring my treatment. Now my testosterone levels are toward the higher end of the appropriate range, and I’m very happy with where things are. If you’ve been struggling to feel heard or feel like your concerns are being dismissed because your numbers are technically “normal,” my experience with UpGuys has been very positive. I have taken the TRT cream with not gr8 results. I am on my 2nd vial of injectable and has been so beneficial. Increased stamina, strength, libido. Better sleep and better mood. I’ve needed hormone replacement therapy for a long time, public health was not willing to prescribe the medication, and other clinics I’ve found charged very high fees in a membership like structure, which seemed craz. The service and pricing I’ve received here at UpGuys has been honestly the best I’ve found. It is far more convenient than trying to navigate the public funded healthcare system, especially for follow ups. Having low testosterone was one of the weirdest feelings; I didn’t know/didn’t think that one hormone could influence the quality of my life so much. Seriously.
