Todd Spetter, RPh

About

Todd Spetter is a pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager at UPGUYS, registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. He has been practising as a pharmacist since 2000 and has spent his career delivering patient-centred care in community pharmacy.

Throughout his career, Todd has provided medication counselling, medication reviews, immunizations, and comprehensive pharmacy services across Ontario. Much of his experience has focused on addiction medicine, supporting patients through pharmacies that dispensed and shipped medications to clinics throughout the province while collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare providers.

He has led health and wellness clinics, expanded access to care through telemedicine, coordinated prescription delivery and medication reviews for group homes and shelters, and used point-of-care testing to identify patients requiring referral for hepatitis C treatment. He also has experience in pharmacy compounding, pharmacy operations, and team leadership.

As Pharmacy Manager at UPGUYS, Todd oversees the day-to-day operations of the Ontario pharmacy, leading clinical and operational teams while ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. He also provides patient care for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and erectile dysfunction (ED), offering medication counselling and ongoing support through phone consultations and secure messaging.

Todd earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and is certified by the Ontario College of Pharmacists to administer injections.
